Kaveri (also known as Kalyani) is an Indian Malayali film actress and film producer, who works in the South Indian film industries. Making her debut as a child artist in the 1986 Malayalam film Ammanam Kili, she appeared in several Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada-language films. After essaying supporting roles in Malayalam and Tamil-language films, she enacted female lead roles in several Telugu-language films. She has won the Nandi Award for Best Actress for her performance in Avunu Valliddaru Ista Paddaru (2002). She is perhaps best known for her appearances and critically acclaimed performances in films such as Vasanthiyum Lakshmiyum Pinne Njaanum, Samudhiram, Avunu Valliddaru Ista Paddaru, Kabaddi Kabaddi and Kasi.
Kalyani is a South Indian actress, who has done a handful of movies like:

Avunu Valliddaru Ishtapaddaru (2002). It is a Telugu film, in which she appeared with Ravi Teja.

Kabaddi Kabaddi (2003). Also starring Jagapathi Babu.

Vasantham (2003). The film was average.

Peelamto Panemti (2003). Flop.

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star (2005), also was not a success at the box office.

Her Tollywood film Hope (2006) sank without a trace.

Operation Duryodhana (2007) met with a similar fate.

Lakshyam (2007) gave her a reason to stay in movies; the film did decent business.

The horror film Raksha (2008) was barely average.
